Where Do My Dues Go

We have 3 parks and our community pool.  The dues go toward maintenance for the pool and services to keep it up and running, as well as lawn care and maintenance to all our parks.

We currently have HughesNet, but we're working on switching to Starlink.  Our Internet allows us to have cameras at the pool and we can monitor activities as well as keep our residents safe.

We have bills which include water, electricity, lawn care, pool maintenance , and insurance .
